Leadership – Opportunities to Grow

There are numerous opportunities for women to develop their leadership skills within the Business Women of Fayette and Coweta.  We invite everyone, from the newest member, to the most long-serving members to take on roles as they are interested.

Our Executive Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Member-At-Large, Membership Chair, Marketing Chair and Visitor Chair.  These roles are filled by members with at least one year of service to the organization.

We also have Cause chairs and each cause has committee members.  We invite and encourage newer members to serve on a committee to learn more about the organization and network with other members.

Through the BWFC, Jennifer says she has found purpose in serving her community, “When I attended my first O Christmas Tea event a few years ago, I knew I wanted to be a part of this organization because of the heart the women have to give back to our community. I have grown professionally by making connections in the BWFC but more importantly, I am blessed to be a part of this organization and to have the opportunities to give back to the women and children in our beautiful community.”
