Leadership – Opportunities to Grow

There are numerous opportunities for women to develop their leadership skills within the Business Women of Fayette and Coweta. We invite everyone, from the newest member, to the most long-serving members to take on roles as they are interested.

Our Executive Board consists of the following positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Member-At-Large, Membership Director, Social Media Chair, and Spring Swing Chair. These roles are filled by members with at least one year of service to the organization.

Our Spring Swing chair or co-chairs form a committee of volunteers each year. Each of the selected Causes provide one volunteer to support their Cause in the the fundraising activities of the Spring Swing. We invite and encourage new and current members to volunteer or serve on the committee to learn more about the organization and network with other members.
